I know we’re all still supposed to be arguing about whether Tyler Robinson (the second person to confess to Charlie Kirk’s killing1 and at least the third to be arrested) is a lefty or a righty, because how else will we know whether he can be used to demonize our enemies and goad our friends into mob violence?
But while we’re psyching ourselves up for a street fight, I’d like to take a moment to spotlight this shit from Fox & Friends:
For those who don’t want to watch 30 seconds of Fox & Friends: they were holding up a different murder’s suspect as representative of all homeless people (because of course they were), and the dickhead on the left suggested that any homeless people who don’t want to take the psychiatric “help” they’re offered2 should be jailed. And Brian Kilmeade, the dickhead on the right, felt the need to one-up him and let the mask fall all the way off:
“Or involuntary lethal injection, or something. Just kill ’em.”
(…as opposed to voluntary lethal injection?)
This clip is from a few days ago. It’s from the same day Kirk was killed, actually. And it’s just bubbling up a bit in the feeds today.
It’s bad enough that these dickheads are trying to inspire yet another serial killer of homeless people…
(Hey, those are the rules that too many righty fuckers chose to play by this week. If they want to call critics of Charlie Kirk sorta-kinda accessories to murder, then Kilmeade is sorta-kinda responsible for the next Skid Row Stabber.)
…but it’s actually worse than that, because this blanket license to kill the homeless and insane can be used against anyone they label as homeless or insane,
And the gov and the alleged people influencing it are, above all else, prolific and shameless bullshitters, so that’s a threat to everybody in America. (Outside of America, they call their intended victims drug smugglers, apparently…)
No, Kirk wasn’t “assassinated,” any more than Tupac was.
The word “help” demands sneer quotes when that “help” would be coming from the sort of people Fox & Friends would like to see running all levels of society.
