When we heard that Trump wanted to conquer Greenland to siphon its mineral wealth into America’s economy, that was evil but with an understandable motive.

When we heard that Trump wanted to subvert Greenland’s government to prevent China from somehow colonizing it, that was evil and delusional but still followed some kind of recognizable dream logic.

When we heard that Trump wanted to pay for Greenland out of the already-$38-trillion-in-debt federal treasury because one of his money buddies has investments there, that was evil and corrupt but, sadly, to be expected from this administration.

When we heard, though, that Trump thinks it’s now OK to take Greenland away from Denmark any way he can, and is now threatening the American people with another round of tariffs over it, because officials in a country that isn’t Denmark didn’t give him a fucking gold medal… that’s a level of batshit stupid evil that surprises me even coming from someone I keep calling an assclown.
