Ray of Infamy

Today I learned that the UN Security Council has banned Somalia from exporting charcoal because an al Qaeda affiliate funds its civil war by “checkpoint taxation” (AKA extortion) of charcoal exporters.

“If you like anarchy so much, why don’t you move to Somalia?” they say, as if there weren’t at least two governments involved in this story.
