When last we saw Tyler Burriss, he was getting arrested for swatting someone to death. The jail he’s in, inmates can use kiosks to check their commissary balances and send messages, and one day, a glitch gave the inmates unlimited Internet access.

Burriss, naturally, claimed credit for the glitch.
