About that threatened Apple tariff

It isn’t immediately clear if Trump’s threat to hit Apple with “a Tariff of at least 25%” if all iGadgets sold in the US aren’t manufactured in the US would be an additional tariff, as The Register’s Simon Sharwood seems to interpret it, or a promiss to slap an “at least 25%” tariff on any country that dares have tech as an export industry. Either way, though, it’s a prime example of the way Trump treats policy – as a way to vent at whatever grievances he perceives or imagines that day. (When he isn’t using policy as a tool for stroking his ego or enriching himself and his cronies, that is.)

P.S. Only an assclown would capitalize “tariff” like that.
